and none of the other vendors came close to providing the

I would like to let you know
about what a wonderful job I feel one of your employees is
doing up here on our floor. Gloria is an excellent employee.
She always has a smile on her face, is extremely helpful and
never complains when asked to do anything. She even goes above
and beyond whenever she is asked to perform a task. We are
truly blessed to have someone so conscientious taking care
of our needs here on the 4th floor. I have asked Gloria to
clean something or get something for our floor and she always
attends to my requests in a very timely manner. It is unusual
to find someone so willing to help and with such a great attitude.
Whenever she is unsure of something, she never hesitates to
ask. I never have to worry about visitors coming to our floor
because I know as long as Gloria is here,our floor will look
neat, clean and professional.
With all of the complaints people tend to send about people,
I felt it was more than deserved to send a complimentary word
about one of your employees. You have a real gem in Gloria,
and I just wanted you to be aware of that.
